The first step on our journey is finding your 'WHY?' and setting your goal. We then set achievable stepping stone goals through smart programming to get there.
My firm belief is that 99% of people need to be in the gym in some capacity. For optimal health and performance this isn't optional. We will create the perfect S&C plan for you.
We will find strategies to optimise your nutrition. Whether that is tracking food with specific calories, macros and food eating guides. Or just some simple tips to push you in the right direction.
Once RunSharp gives you all the tools to follow it's now partly in your hands. This is the time to be disciplined for a long period of time to achieve your dream goals. With a helping hand along the way.

To 'RunSharp' is to combine all the aspects of a successful athlete into one holistic program that can fit anyone's lifestyle. Together we will strive to not only reach your current potential, but raise the ceiling to new heights through a personalised coaching experience. Fitness is all about community, and the RunSharp community is strong and ready to have you on board!

The first step to sharpening your fitness is to set out your goals for us to find out how we are going to bridge that gap between your current you, and future you.
An initial consultation either in person or over the phone will give me the tools and knowledge to be able to formulate the perfect personalised plan to kick start the journey!
